Structural characteristic attributes

The diameter of the main shaft through hole: Φ82mm or Φ105mm can be selected. It can directly pass through large-diameter bar stock (such as Φ100mm bar stock), and is suitable for the threading processing of long shaft parts.
The spindle speed range is adjustable in 24 steps, with a speed range of 9 to 1600r/min. It is equipped with a 7.5kW main motor, ensuring stable torque output and meeting the cutting requirements of various materials such as steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.
Gear transmission: The gears and splined shafts in the headstock are subjected to high-frequency quenching and fine grinding, featuring high transmission efficiency, low noise and long service life.

High rigidity and strong cutting ability
The rigid design of the bed and the spindle enables it to withstand large cutting forces (such as heavy cutting with a cutting depth of up to 8mm), making it suitable for processing high-strength materials (such as alloy steel and stainless steel) and large-diameter parts (bed rotation diameter Φ660mm).
The three-point support structure of the main shaft and the precision bearing configuration ensure low vibration and temperature rise during cutting (main shaft temperature rise ≤35℃), and excellent processing stability.
High precision and precision retention
The processing accuracy can reach IT7 grade, and the surface roughness Ra≤2.5μm. It is suitable for processing parts with high dimensional accuracy requirements such as mold cores and mechanical shafts.
The precise manufacturing processes of the guide rails and spindles (such as CNC equipment processing and manual scraping) ensure the retention of accuracy during long-term use and reduce the cost of frequent calibration.
Multi-functional and widely applicable
It can turn inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, end faces and conical surfaces, process metric, imperial, module and diametral pitch threads, and also complete drilling, reaming, oil groove drawing and special-shaped parts processing, meeting the needs of multiple industries such as machinery and light industry.
Thread processing does not require frequent replacement of the hanging wheel. The 24-speed variable speed can quickly switch processing specifications, making it suitable for medium and small batch production and personalized customization.
