This is a conventional horizontal gap bed lathe manufactured by Baoji Machine Tool Group, model CS6240 × 1000. It has a maximum machining length of 1000 mm, a swing over bed of 400 mm, and a swing over cross slide of 210 mm. The spindle bore diameter is 52 mm, with a spindle speed range from 10 to 1600 rpm, suitable for turning, facing, boring, and threading operations including metric, inch, module, and diametral pitch threads.
The main motor power is 5.5 kW, supporting standard 380V/50Hz power supply, and can be customized for other voltages.
