The Shenyang CW6180B is a heavy-duty conventional engine lathe designed for high-rigidity, stable precision turning of large and heavy workpieces. With a max swing over bed of 800mm and distance between centers of 3000mm, it is ideal for machining long shafts, large discs, sleeves, flanges, and heavy cylindrical parts in steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.
The machine features a 600mm-wide hardened and ground bed guideways, a 104mm spindle bore, and 18-speed spindle ranging from 5.4 to 720 rpm, enabling both fine finishing and heavy-duty cutting. It supports turning of external/internal cylindrical surfaces, tapers, faces, grooves, as well as metric, inch, module, and diametrical threads.
